A 4x4mm heart gemstone shines as the center piece, personalized with a genuine or simulated birthstone of your choice. The Heart & Arrow Pendant will be custom made especially for you in sterling silver or 10K and 14K white or yellow gold. Both ends of the arrow will also be coated with an extra layer of 18K yellow gold.
