You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery, subject to the eligibility rules below.
Return eligibility
Contact us for authorization before sending anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and returned with their original tags, certificates, packaging and promotional gifts. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your request is complete.
Items with special conditions
- Final-sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Personalized items—including engraving, photo jewelry, special plating, selected stone colors, custom ring sizes and made-to-order changes—are not eligible for a refund. An approved exchange or resizing may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Lab-grown diamond pieces must be unused and returned with the original certificate. A 35% restocking fee may apply.
- Returns containing three or more items and approved exchanges of customized gold, moissanite or lab-grown diamond pieces may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Items that are worn, damaged, resized, altered, missing tags, or supplied as a replacement or prior exchange are not returnable.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within five business days. Original shipping, remote-area fees, customs charges and return postage are not refundable except when required by law or when we sent an incorrect or defective item.
Incorrect or defective items
Notify us within 48 hours after delivery and include clear photographs. When we confirm that an item is incorrect, defective or engraved differently from the approved order, we will provide an appropriate remedy and may reimburse reasonable tracked return postage up to US$15.
