These terms apply to purchases and use of the Juelvia website. By placing an order, you agree to them and to the policies linked from this page.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may verify information, request additional details, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities before dispatch. A payment authorization or automated email does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We will refund any amount paid for an order we cancel.
Products, pricing and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, but screen colors, scale and handmade details may vary. Prices are shown in the selected currency and may change before an order is placed. Obvious pricing or content errors may be corrected. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
Personalized products
You are responsible for checking names, dates, sizes, images and other submitted personalization. Production may begin shortly after ordering, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Personalized products have the special return conditions described in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Payments, service fee and shipping protection
Available payment methods appear at checkout. A 5% service fee is calculated on the discounted merchandise subtotal, and a US$1 shipping protection fee applies once per order. Both charges are shown before payment. We and our providers may conduct authorization, identity and fraud checks. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and One-Year Warranty pages form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Juelvia names, logos, original site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping only and must not interfere with security, scrape private account data, submit unlawful content or misuse the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juelvia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
