Longer than expected shipping
The site says custom or engraved jewelry takes a few business days to process, but seeing as how I don’t see this as custom and I didn’t have it engraved I expected maybe 3 business days. It took 20 actual days to get this to my door from the day I ordered it and the first 9 business days I hear nothing from them. I didn’t receive an email that the order had ACTUALLY shipped, just one that said they printed the shipping label. It was another three days before they actually shipped it off, so processing actually took like 12 business days. I’ll never order from here again, the only reason I gave 4 stars was because I got it and the representative that did get in contact with me was helpful and honest, and the item is exactly as described. Hope the wife likes it, it was suppose to be an anniversary gift, but it showed up 8 days late.
