The ring arrived and was absolutely lovely. I am very happy with it. However, I did not receive a shipping notification. Two weeks after ordering, I emailed customer service asking if I would receive a separate shipping notification, and I was told yes I would. But a week later, I still hadn’t heard anything, and contacted customer service again. This time they told me it had already shipped, and it turns out, it had shipped before I had contacted customer service the first time. The day after the ring arrived at my house, I finally got the automated shipping notification. So not a great job on the communications, but the product was great.
