Every Juelvia piece is prepared and inspected before dispatch. Personalized and made-to-order designs require production time in addition to transit time.
Processing times
The estimated processing time shown on each product page applies before shipment. Ready-to-ship styles may leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Personalized and custom pieces typically require 7–10 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer.
United States
- Standard shipping: $9.90; free on qualifying orders of $119 or more. Estimated transit: 7–12 business days.
- Express shipping: $49. Estimated transit: 4–6 business days.
- A signature may be required for orders of $300 or more.
Canada
- Standard shipping: CA$15; free on qualifying orders of CA$150 or more. Estimated transit: 9–15 business days.
- Express shipping: CA$30; free on qualifying orders of CA$270 or more. Estimated transit: 3–5 business days.
International delivery
We deliver to most countries and regions. International standard shipping is USD $9.90 with an estimated transit time of 9–15 business days; express shipping is USD $20 with an estimated transit time of 4–6 business days. Available services are confirmed at checkout for the delivery address. We do not accept transactions for North Korea, Syria or Iran. Express services cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses; standard service may be available for those addresses.
Tracking, customs and delivery
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Transit estimates do not include customs delays, weather interruptions or carrier exceptions.
